We are looking for a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Tipper Driver to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting construction materials to and from sites while ensuring safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect materials from construction sites and suppliers
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects
  • Ensure loads are secure and transported safely
  • Complete electronic delivery paperwork where required
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
  • Keep the vehicle clean and presentable

Requirements:

  • Valid Category C1 driving licence
  • Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
  • Previous experience driving a tipper or similar vehicle preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Experience in the construction industry

Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of AMP8 infrastructure projects for Thames Water and Southern Water. You will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regulations across sites in the Surrey and Hampshire regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
  • Set out and survey construction works including pipelines, chambers, and associated infrastructure.

As a multi-skilled Groundworker, you will be responsible for supporting civil engineering and utility works on AMP8 projects for Thames Water and Southern Water in the Surrey and Hampshire regions. The role includes concrete finishing, confined space operations, slinger/banksman duties, and plant operation of dumpers and rollers.

  • Proven experience in groundworks and concrete finishing.
  • Valid Confined Space certification.
  • Slinger/Banksman certification.
  • CPCS or NPORS certification for Dumper and Roller operation.
  • Experience working on water sector infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of site safety and operational procedures

 

Plant Operator

As a 360 Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy plant machinery on construction and utility sites, specifically excavators below and above 10 tons. You must be certified for lifting operations and capable of working safely and efficiently in line with site requirements and health & safety regulations. This role will be based on Thames Water AMP8 projects across the Surrey and Hampshire region.

  • Experience working on water industry or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of trenching, pipe laying, and reinstatement techniques.

We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT Systems Analyst on a contract basis based at our Head Office, Nexus Park, Braintree to support a construction-focused IT environment. This role spans 1st to 3rd line support, with responsibilities ranging from endpoint management to application troubleshooting and network diagnostics. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and capable of working independently across a broad range of technologies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st to 3rd line support for end users across multiple sites and remote locations.
  • Manage and support Windows 11 endpoints.
